Export Your Data

You can export your analysis results, pipeline outputs, and reports at any time.

Exporting Results

Section titled “Exporting Results”

DESeq2 Results

Section titled “DESeq2 Results”
  1. Navigate to your project → Results tab
  2. Open the DESeq2 results
  3. Click Download to export the results CSV
  4. Download includes: gene names, log2 fold changes, p-values, adjusted p-values

Pipeline Reports

Section titled “Pipeline Reports”
  1. Navigate to your project
  2. Go to the pipeline step you want to export
  3. Look for the Download or Export option
  4. Reports are available as CSV or PDF

Data Portability

Section titled “Data Portability”

All NotchBio outputs use standard bioinformatics formats:

  • DESeq2 results — CSV with standard column names
  • Salmon quant files — Standard quant.sf format
  • QC reports — HTML and JSON formats
  • Plots — Interactive Plotly JSON or static images

These formats are compatible with other bioinformatics tools like R, Python, Galaxy, and more.
