Reset Your Password

NotchBio uses Clerk for authentication, which handles password resets securely.

Reset Steps

1. Go to the sign-in page
2. Click “Forgot password?”
3. Enter your registered email address
4. Check your email for a reset link
5. Click the link and set a new password

Notes

• Reset links expire after a limited time — request a new one if it expires
• If you signed up with Google or another social provider, you don’t have a password to reset — sign in with the same provider
• If you’re not receiving the email, check your spam/junk folder
