Create Your First Project

Projects are the main organizational unit in NotchBio. Each project contains your samples, experimental groups, and pipeline runs.

Steps

Section titled “Steps”
  1. Sign in to your NotchBio account at notchbio.app
  2. Click “New Project” from the Projects dashboard
  3. Enter a project name and optional description
  4. Click Create

Your project is now ready. Next, you’ll want to add samples.

After creating your project, you can:

  • Rename your project at any time
  • Add a description to help collaborators understand the purpose
  • Invite team members to collaborate (see Collaboration)
