Hannan spent years building data pipelines for biomedical research — wrangling RNA-seq datasets, automating differential expression workflows, and bridging the gap between raw sequencing reads and actionable biological insight. He co-founded NotchBio to give every lab the same infrastructure he spent years building by hand.
Abdullah Shahid
Software Engineer
Abdullah builds the systems that make NotchBio fast, reliable, and easy to use — from the cloud compute layer to the interactive frontend. He brings deep full-stack expertise to the platform, ensuring researchers spend time on biology instead of debugging infrastructure.
