We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal through Paddle, our payment provider.

Go to SettingsBillingCancel subscription. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Processing time depends on file size and number of samples. Typical times:

  • QC + Preprocessing: 5–15 minutes per sample
  • Salmon quantification: 5–10 minutes per sample
  • DESeq2: 2–5 minutes for the full analysis
  • GSEA: 3–8 minutes

Can I re-run a pipeline step with different parameters?

Yes. Each run creates a new version. You can go back and compare results between versions.

What reference genome/transcriptome does Salmon use?

NotchBio uses the GENCODE v49 human transcriptome with the Salmon v1.10 index.

My pipeline step failed. What should I do?

Check the error message in the run details. Common issues:

  • Low-quality input files → adjust preprocessing parameters
  • Missing group assignments → assign all samples to groups
  • No “Control” group → create a group named “Control”

Your data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure (Modal volumes). Files are encrypted at rest.

No. Access is granted per project. Team members can only see projects they’ve been invited to.
