Manage Your Subscription

NotchBio offers several subscription tiers to match your analysis needs.

Viewing Your Plan

Section titled “Viewing Your Plan”
  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. See your current plan, usage, and renewal date

Available Plans

Upgrading

Section titled “Upgrading”
  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Upgrade
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Complete payment through Paddle (our payment provider)
  5. Your new plan activates immediately

Cancelling

Section titled “Cancelling”
  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Cancel subscription
  3. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
  4. You can reactivate at any time before the period ends
