Pathways Overview

Start with the direction, enrichment statistic, adjusted significance, and the gene set definition. Compare related terms rather than treating every redundant term as an independent discovery.

Pathway in Focus

Use the detail view to inspect contributing genes and their directions. Confirm that the pathway is supported by the ranked input and not only by one extreme gene.

TF and pathway activity

Activity views infer upstream regulators or pathway activity from expression patterns. Treat them as model-based evidence that complements, rather than replaces, gene-level and pathway results.
