Results overview

The Results overview is the landing page for a completed run. It combines significant-gene counts, quality summaries, preprocessing impact, and the exact run configuration.

Section titled “Recommended review order”
  1. Confirm the run name, comparison, baseline, organism, and quantification method.
  2. Read the quality summary and preprocessing impact. Large sample-specific losses or outliers change how much confidence to place in downstream patterns.
  3. Review significant-gene totals and effect directions.
  4. Open gene expression, sample quality, and pathway views for the evidence behind the summary.

Use the run’s download controls for tables and reports. Keep the run version and configuration with any exported figure.
