Monitor, retry, and recover runs
You can leave a running project and return later. The run detail shows completed stages, the current stage, and the remaining work.
Completed runs
Section titled “Completed runs”Review the configuration and quality summary before opening biological results. A completed run is a stable record; use New run when changing comparisons or parameters.
Partial or running runs
Section titled “Partial or running runs”The stage timeline identifies what has finished and what is still processing. Do not start a second run just because the page is not changing; refresh or return later.
Failed runs
Section titled “Failed runs”Open the failed stage and read the raw error. Use Retry failed step when the inputs and configuration are still correct. Use New run or Customize when you need to change the source samples, groups, or parameters.
