Sample quality results

Sample Quality views show whether samples cluster according to the expected biology and whether one sample behaves differently.

Use PCA first for a compact overview, then inspect t-SNE or UMAP when you need a nonlinear view. A cluster is evidence to investigate, not proof of a biological mechanism. Compare the pattern with group labels, read quality, preprocessing loss, and the experimental design.
