Manage integrations
Open Settings → Integrations to see each provider’s connection status, account label, authorized scope, and last checked time.
Reconnect
Section titled “Reconnect”Reconnect when a provider token expires or the provider account changes. A reconnect may ask for the same discovery or folder permissions again. Review the provider consent screen before accepting.
Remove a connection
Section titled “Remove a connection”Use Delink only when NotchBio should stop accessing that provider. Delinking removes the connection used for future browsing and imports; it does not remove datasets already copied into NotchBio or change project membership.
Permissions are separate from project access
Section titled “Permissions are separate from project access”An integration connection gives NotchBio a route to the provider. It does not grant access to a Box shared folder or an Illumina project that the connected provider user cannot access. Illumina may also require a second, project-specific read approval before files can be downloaded.
