Sign in and manage your password
NotchBio authentication is managed through the account menu. Open the menu from the lab app header and choose Manage account to open the Profile and Security views.
Section titled “Sign in”Use the email address or social provider associated with your NotchBio account at lab.notchbio.app/sign-in. If your organization uses Google sign-in, continue with Google rather than creating a second password account.
Set or change a password
Section titled “Set or change a password”The Security view adapts to your account:
- A social-only account shows Set password. This adds password sign-in; it does not remove your connected provider.
- An account that already has a password shows the change/update password action.
Use a unique password and never include it in project names, support messages, or screenshots. A password change does not change datasets, projects, or pipeline runs.
Active devices and sign-out
Section titled “Active devices and sign-out”Review active devices in Security. End a session you do not recognize, then sign in again on trusted devices. Signing out ends the current session; it does not delete stored data.
If sign-in fails
Section titled “If sign-in fails”Confirm that you are using the original sign-in method, check for an expired invitation, and try the account recovery control shown by the authentication screen. Contact support if the account exists but the workspace is still unavailable.
